Tender description

This framework will be set up to provide the Employer with access to good, reliable contractors who are able to new roof coverings, replacement roof coverings and roofing repair works on an as and when required or scheduled basis. The service comprises of a number of elements including, but not limited to: •Lot 1 – New Roofs •Lot 2 – Replacement Roofs •Lot 3 – Roofing Repairs Bidders may choose to provide prices for as many or as few Lots as they wish. Lot 1: New Roof Installations Supply and installation of roof coverings for a variety of styles of new build properties, including extensions. This shall include the option for the installation of integrated solar photovoltaic tiles. Lot 2: Roof Replacement Works Roof replacement works as part of the Employers re-roofing program. This includes the option of installing integrated solar photovoltaic tiles. Lot 3: Roofing Repairs and Maintenance Roofing repairs and maintenance to properties within the boundary of the City of Derby. This Lot will be priced and run using M3NHF Schedule of Rates (version 7.2) using the Responsive Maintenance and Void Property Works schedule.
