Delivery of digital support to Neath Port Talbot businesses

Neath Port Talbot Council (NPTC) is seeking suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake a pilot project that focuses on delivering support to Neath Port Talbot businesses to ensure they have the right skills and technologies to capitalise on the potential of digital technology to innovate for growth and long-term sustainability. Timescales: there are extremely tight delivery timescales for this project. The contract will commence immediately on award and will run until the 30th June 2022. All activities and defrayment will need to take place by the 30th June 2022. The final monitoring and evaluation report will be due within a few weeks of 30th June in preparation for the submission of the final claim. (There is no firm deadline for this at the moment but it is expected to be around week commencing 13th June 2022). A mid-term evaluation exercise will need to be completed by the 31st March 2022.
