DCC Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning Commercial Maintenance Framework. In total there are 140 sites we currently look after (additional sites may be added during the life of the framework) from a mechanical perspective ranging from Civic offices, Libraries, Homeless Hostels, Senior Citizens Complexes. These sites are broken down to what we call Corporate Sites i.e. Civic Offices, Libraries, etc. and Non-Corporate Sites i.e. Homeless Hostels, Senior Citizen Complexes. Lot 1: DCC Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning Commercial Maintenance Framework.
