Tender description
AFBI External Legal Services This is a multi-lot Framework Tender subdivided into the following six (6) Lots:- Lot 1 - Commercial Law (to include Intellectual Property Law) Lot 2 – Public Administrative Law (to include Information Law) Lot 3 – Employment Law Lot 4 – Estates or Property Law Lot 5 – Procurement Law Lot 6 – Disputes, Litigation and ADR (to include Personal Injury claims) Tenderers can bid for one or more lots. There is no restriction on the number of lots to which a tenderer may be appointed; however a tenderer must have the capability and capacity to deliver all lots tendered for. AFBI wishes to appoint a maximum of two legal service providers(s) (“Contractors”) per Lot to provide legal advice and assistance in relation to the areas of law listed above (on both contentious and non-contentions matters as applicable).
