CSI/ASC/Home Care Call-Off Contract for Block Provision under Home Care Open Framework

Tender description

The council wishes to run a mini competition, as permitted by the Open Framework Agreement, in order to procure a provider(s) for the provision of delivering 3 Home Care block contracts. The block contracts are as follows:\r \r - Block 1 - North - Zones 8, 10 & 11\r - Block 2 - North - Zones 8, 10 & 11\r - Block 3 - South - Zones 1, 2 & 3\r \r Providers may bid for multiple block rounds.\r \r Bidders should be aware that under this Call-Off Contract(s) they will be required to transfer Service Users from this block purchase arrangement to a spot purchase arrangement (under separate Call-Off Contracts) within eight weeks of each referral. Bidders must therefore have ability and capacity to operate on a spot purchase basis in the relevant areas within that timeframe
