Buckinghamshire regeneration framework (three lots)

Tender description

The Council is seeking consultancy support in the development of an ambitious regeneration programme for Buckinghamshire. Specifically, we require support for 3 key elements of our regeneration strategy: • Project management support and guidance to ensure timely progress of the Council's overall regeneration programme, including managing and co-ordinating individual town centre strategies (as set out below) and direct input and support to the preparation of a Strategic Regeneration Framework for Buckinghamshire's towns, which will be led by the Council. (lot 1) • A refreshed town centre regeneration strategy for High Wycombe. (lot 2) • A review of the existing Chesham Masterplan including a socio economic analysis, to understand its suitability as a town centre regeneration strategy. (lot 3) PLEASE NOTE THE COUNCIL DID NOT AWARD A CONTRACT FOR THIS LOT.
