Tender description
<p>Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust requires a comprehensive and efficient External Audit service to commence on the 1st November 2022 for a period of 3 years.</p> <p>This is a Further Competition under CCS Framework RM6188 Audit and Assurance Services, Lot 2 External Audit and only those suppliers listed are eligible to bid.</p> <p><span style="color: #626365; font-size: medium;">Please also note since 1 November 2015, under the </span><em><span style="color: #626365; font-family: Arial,Arial; font-size: medium;">Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014, </span></em><span style="color: #626365; font-size: medium;">to be appointed as the external auditor of an NHS trust , audit firms must be registered by a recognised supervisory body – in England, this is the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales (ICAEW).</span></p> Keywords: External Audit
