Lot 1: Selection of a shortlist of contractors to carry out works under a JCT ICD 2016 for the construction of new housing at three different sites in Enfield. Additional information: This Invitation to Participate document sets out the information which a potential tenderer is required to provide to draw up a list of qualified applicants to invite to tender.
