The Removal, Installation and Storage of Town Centre Banners and other Ad Hoc Banners for CCBC Event

Tender description

Caerphilly County Borough Council is seeking tender bids for the removal, installation and storage of its town centre banners in Bargoed, Blackwood, Risca, Ystrad Mynach and Caerphilly. The banners are currently displayed on lampposts throughout the above towns. There are also other various locations throughout the County Borough where banners are mounted on street lighting columns. The Council will add/remove towns/banners included within the contract as and when required. The banners that are displayed on lampposts throughout the above mentioned town centers will be changed a maximum of twice a year in April and July. The banners must be removed and placed into storage prior to the installation of the Christmas lights. Tenderers shall note that the above changes are indicative and are subject to change, the Council may add or remove banner changes as and when required. There is no guarantee of the volume of work.
