Tender description

The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Services”). In summary, the Services comprise: The provision of Commercial Skills Academy Training for ‘Senior Management Training, Management of Publicly Funded Capital Projects for Senior Managers in the Public Sector’ to provide the necessary commercial skills Training pertaining to governance and oversight arrangements, risk management and cost control for publicly funded capital projects. Lot 1: The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Services”). In summary, the Services comprise: The provision of Commercial Skills Academy Training for ‘Senior Management Training, Management of Publicly Funded Capital Projects for Senior Managers in the Public Sector’ to provide the necessary commercial skills Training pertaining to governance and oversight arrangements, risk management and cost control for publicly funded capital projects. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to twelve [12] months with a maximum of two [2] such extension or extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at law.
