Tender description

Acivico Limited and its subsidiaries is a private limited company wholly owned by Birmingham City Council. The Group (including Acivico Limited Company) currently consists of Acivico Traded Services Limited, Acivico (Building Consultancy) Limited and (Design, Construction and Facilities Management). Collectively and individually, the companies are referred to as Acivico. The first year of this contract will be for the audit of 2021/22 accounts. The contract will be for one year in the first instance, extendable in annual increments subject to satisfactory performance and agreement of fees, up to a maximum duration of three years. The external audit services required will include, but not limited to: 1. Prepare an audit plan for Acivico Limited and its subsidiaries; 2. To undertake the external audit of the Group and subsidiaries financial statements; 3. Present their audit findings (ISA260); 4. Provide an opinion on each financial statement including the part of the financial statements that relates to a pension fund; 5. Be available to present their audit plan, audit findings and opinion to Management and Audit Committee; 6. Attend Management and Audit Committee meetings if requested to do so during the year; and The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
