Minor Adaptations Service Level Agreement with Berneslai Homes

Tender description

The service is provide Minor adaptations (costing under £1,000) which do not require structural changes to the home. These can include things like grab rails, stair rails and external rails. The service will be offered to adults with a disability or mobility issues that live in Barnsley in private properties. The main duties of the service is to undertake minor adaptations in the community and to enable hospital discharge arrangements. There is also a requirement to fit key safes to facilitate hospital discharge in terms of carers/professionals being able to enter the property to provide the care required.
