Tender description
This document is a call for soft market engagement to gain intelligence from providers on how organisation can meet local population need in a care landscape that is changing. Summary of Commission: The AoC contract is commissioned to provide assistances for recipients of personal health budgets (PHB), direct payments (DP) and self-funders (SF) - where they are not deemed eligible under Cheshire West and Chester Council Fairer Charging Policy – referred to as ‘People who are in control of their care’. The AoC service enables recipients of Personal Health Budget, Direct Payment and Self Funders to source their own care, via Personal Assistants and Care Agencies, with assistance from nominated persons (where appropriate). Guidance The purpose of the soft market testing is to capture your comments, find different ways of working and to help inform the future commissioning of The AOC Service in Cheshire West and Chester. Your responses will be used by commissioners in commercial confidence. Please note: Your responses will not be scored in any way. This is an information gathering exercise and is not a pre-qualification process. This soft market testing exercise does not form any part of any subsequent formal procurement process. Completion of this questionnaire does not create any formal relationship between the responder and commissioners. Responses: The completed questionnaire should be returned to Patrick.dooley@cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk no later than 31 January 2022 Keywords: brokerage, social, care
