Employment and Training Advisor Rate of Pay: ?12.95 Hours: 37 hours per week Location: Home based Start Date: ASAP Contract type: Agency - 12 weeks Brief description: The Employment and Training Adviser will support Sandwell residents looking for paid employment by delivering individual and group employability training sessions, confidence, goal setting and well-being courses. As well as organising and supporting individual and group job search sessions, including job clubs. Session will be completed both face to face (in outreach locations around Sandwell) and on-line via MS Teams. The successful candidate must be confident, organised, self-motivated and an excellent communicator. The must also have: o Experience of delivering employability training and job search for unemployed people. o Level 3 teaching qualification such as PTLLS or Award in Education and Training. o English and Maths Level 2 o Excellent ICT No DBS is required for this role.
