Directors and Officers Insurance Cover

Tender description

The University of York has direct-awarded its Directors and Officers insurance cover for one year under the Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation's framework agreement for Insurance Brokerage Services (964) . The D&O cover was initially included in a multi-lot further competition for the University's insurance cover requirements earlier in the year but no bids were submitted for this lot. It was therefore necessary to seek cover urgently via a different route. The previous supplier agreed to extend cover until the new arrangement could be put in place.
