Summary of the work To manage the implementation of standard and specialist digital equipment within Social Care settings. Working with the wider team to evaluate project requirements and outcomes. Provide complete end to end co-ordination of multiple projects (at least 20 individual care providers), delivering to time and budget. Specialist role Programme manager Expected Contract Length 3 months Latest start date Sunday 10 January 2021 Maximum Day Rate £450 Who Speclialist Work With Overall SCC Programme Lead Digital care team who manage falls technology IT services at SCC IT Product Manager for Adult Social Care SCC Finance Business Partner ICS PMO What Specialists Work On To manage the implementation of digital equipment within Social Care settings. Equipment may include hardware such as laptops, mobile devices, suitable networks as well as specialist digital care equipment such as Falls Technology. Complete end to end co-ordination of multiple projects (at least 20 individual care providers), delivering to time and budget. Working with the team to evaluate project requirements and outcomes. Liaison with relevant ICS (Integrated Care System), SAICP (Suffolk Association of Independent Care Providers), CDE (Care Development East) Identify and manage additional stakeholder engagements where relevant to the programme. Skills & Experience • Initiating and rolling out a digital programme • Experience of working with non technical people • Experience working with and satisfying multiple stakeholder requirements • Experience using matrix management to deliver programme results Nice to Haves • Experience within Social Care • Familiarity with digital care technology Work Location The role is Hybrid and most work can take place remotely At times, visits Care Provider sites within Suffolk may be required Working Arrangments This can be decided by the specialist however there is an expectation that it is an full time position. Is there any incumbent? There is no incumbent. This is a new requirement which requires skills and expertise that are not currently available within SCC within the timescales required. 2. As mentioned the role is hybrid and most of the work will take place remotely however some visit at Care provider site within Suffolk may be required. Would like to clarify will travel expenses will be paid additionally? Or the given rate is all inclusive ? The rate is all inclusive 3. Is there any flexibility on the £450 budget? This seems very low compared to market rate. There could be some flexibility
