Tender description

To train 2 new CPI instructors for Willowtree short stay service in both foundation and advanced and emergency "Managing behaviour that presents a challenge, safer holding and restraint reduction" skills and provide them and the existing instructor with annual refresher training and supply the relevant work books to be used annually when the 3 instructors deliver the training to their 70 staff. due to the high 1st yr cost it is economically sensible to offer this as a 5 yr contract.
