Corporate Framework for the Provision of Roofing Works

Tender description

Caerphilly Council is seeking tenders for roofing contractors to undertake work throughout the authority. The successful Contractors will be required to undertake elements of work identified in line with the Council’s in-house workforce contract programme. When Contractors are required to support the in–house workforce their work will be sequenced in line with the programme to minimize disruption to the Tenant. This will be identified approximately 1 to 2 months in advance of the work starting on site. However there may be occasions where Contractors may be required on a more reactive basis. All work is to be completed to a high standard and in a timely manner in line with the specifications detailed in the ITT.
