<p>Oxfordshire County Council (OCC) has set a target to achieve net zero for its operations by 2030. To support this ambition, OCC wishes to understand the nature and scale of investment necessary to address decarbonisation of its estate and in order to secure funding. OCC is therefore seeking to commission survey work in its 6-9 most energy intensive buildings to define possible measures, understand the options, interfaces, interactions, benefits in terms of energy and CO2 savings as well as total project costs. In addition, the surveys and design proposals must account for any consequential impacts such as condition issues that would impact the energy reduction works, opportunities for introducing smart measures and reconfiguration of services would be required (or possible) to facilitate flexible use buildings and agile working.
