Catering Concession Services Contract at Ennis Community College

Tenders are invited from competent Food Caterers for the provision of a concession catering service contract at Ennis Community College. The successful tenderer will be required to provide a comprehensive healthy, balanced and nutritious catering service to students, staff and visitors at affordable prices on Monday to Friday each week of the school year. Ennis Community College is currently in receipt of DEIS funding. For further information please review the School Meals Scheme. Applicants must be registered with the HSE and comply fully with Food & Hygiene Regulations. The successful tenderer is responsible for ensuring that the existing school kitchen and associated areas are refurbished to meet all standards required in order to deliver a school hot food catering service. LCETB accepts no liability or responsibility for any breach in Food Safety Standards, Hygiene Standards, Health and Safety Legislation, and Labour and Employment Legislation etc. in the provision of the catering services by the Tenderer as this is their responsibility. The successful tenderer will not be permitted to use any school/college facilities for the purposes of food preparation for external events / third parties.
