BITMO 3 Storey Blocks External Works

Tender description

The purpose of this project is to refurbish the hard external areas of three low rise flat blocks located in a residential area. Demolition works are to the existing front 6 nr bin stores and to 3 nr 30m2 rear concrete drying areas. Landscaping by re-grading approximately 400m2 of the ground around the buildings to aid lawn mower access and increase usability, works also include preparing 200m2 of ground and planting wild flower seed and installing an 80m concrete post /timber fence. New works consist of 6 nr new concrete bases and bin stores to the front and 3 nr 75m2 new patio / drying areas to the rear.
