In summary, the Goods comprise: The supply of benchtop contact angle measurement system/tensiometer for Trinity College Dublin as specified in Appendix 1. An automated, desktop, multifunction measurement system is required, capable of precise and accurate measurement of the following: static contact angle, dynamic contact angle, surface/interfacial tension, roughness corrected contact angle, surface free energy, interfacial rheology (optional). The specification includes the following measurements/methods: sessile drop, batch sessile drop, pendant drop, 3-D topography, meniscus contact angle.
