Asbestos Advisory Services and Surveys - Building fabric consultancy services

Tender description

The London Borough of Haringey, on behalf of Homes for Haringey (HfH), wishes to commission an Asbestos Inspection Service and invites Tenders from suitably experienced and accredited Consultancies to deliver the services. The Contract is expected to commence in April, May or June 2022, depending upon internal governance and contractor mobilisation, and will be for a period of 48 months with an Authority only option to extend by a further 24months, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the contract terms and conditions and subject to satisfactory performance and annual review. The Contractor will be appointed using a JCT Measured Term Contract and will deliver Management and Refurbishment/Demolition surveys including sampling and independent air testing (for asbestos removal completed by our approved contractor).
