Appointment of Employers Agent for Competitive Land, Design and Build Projects

Tender description

The Project is for the provision of the proposed delivery of social housing units in Omagh by means of Land, Design and Build Framework Agreements, where the Developers provide the land, designs, constructs and completes the schemes for Arbour in accordance with the DFC Housing Association Guide, Employers Requirements and statutory body requirements. The programme for the provision of the Employers Agent service is approximately 24 months but is dependent on the Developer/s Proposals. It is anticipated that the Design and Build works contracts will deliver 40 social housing units through a mix of apartments and houses
