Tender description

This document invites suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender to NCHA for the provision of internal audit services, external audit services and corporation tax services in three lots. Lot 1: Internal audit servicesLot 2: External audit servicesLot 3: Corporation tax services Lot 1: Lot 1 Internal Audit Services Planning and delivery of a comprehensive internal audit service commensurate with the size, complexity and status of the Group. Lot 2: Lot 2 External Audit Services Planning and delivery of a comprehensive statutory external audit service for all seven entities listed within table 1 and provision of an audit opinion on each individual entity accounts. Lot 3: Lot 3 Corporate Tax Services Annual tax compliance services including preparation and submission of all relevant Group company tax computations and returns
