Supply & Delivery of Storage Lockers - CME Mobility Project

The Irish Rail Chief Mechanical Engineers (CME) Department are moving to electronic based processing for maintaining assets, moving away from paperwork to using an electronic App. To facilitate this change across the depots / workshops, mobile devices will be deployed. These devices will be held at the depots and when not in use, will need to be stored. Irish Rail CME Department use both iOS and Android devices, both in mobile and tablets forms. Lockers should be able to accommodate all types of devices. Storage Requirements: •One device per locker. •Locker to be large enough to store mobile phones, tablets and laptops. •Each locker is to have its own 3 pin electrical socket •Each locker to have charging ports (both iOS and Android) within it so that device can be charged when not in use. Compatible to latest charging standards such as USB-C port and USB 3.0 ports capable of high speed power delivery •Each locker to be securely locked and accessed by FOB,RFID (tag) or biometrics (such as fingerprint scan). •Supporting control / administration system, with user Interface to control and maintain user access and security. •Front of each locker to have a visible indicator to show, at a glance, if a device is stored or absent from that locker.
