Replacement of existing singled glazed windows and doors to Grade 11 Listed building at Blackburn Business Development Centre, Eanam Wharf, Blackburn BB1 5BL The works comprise of the following; • Stripping out existing window sets and replacing them with new double glazed units within timber frames as highlighted within the tender drawings. • Stripping out existing window within timber infill panels and replacing them with new double glazed units within timber frames as highlighted within the tender drawings. • Stripping out existing doors and replacing them with new aluminium doorsets as highlighted within the tender drawings. • Installation of mineral wool insulation within the main roof voids.
