Tender description

Ulster University invites tenders for the provision of student counselling services in accordance with the requirements and information detailed in these documents. The University comprises of four campuses within Ulster: Belfast, Coleraine, Magee, and Jordanstown. Ulster University wishes to procure an external student counselling provider to supplement existing sources of internal wellbeing, mental health, disability and financial support to students through our Student Wellbeing teams across our campuses. Key services required: • A 24-hour staffed telephone helpline with initial triage assessment for student self-referrals, or receipt of direct referrals from Student Wellbeing staff. • Online self-help hub for students • Guided self-help such as Mindfulness, ‘Beating the Blues’ (online CBT programme) or Short term-Low intensity CBT interventions for students • Counselling via face to face, telephone and video sessions (per student preference) • Crisis intervention/Group counselling for students
