Request for Design / Architectural Services for the Upgrade of the Customer Room at MEDITE Europe DAC ‘21

Tender description

MEDITE Europe DAC customer room is now outdated and needs to be upgraded in a modern, creative manner as this room will in many respects represent the company’s brand and ethos. MEDITE Europe DAC are seeking tender submissions from suitably qualified Designers / Architects in relation to providing a tender submission for providing several design options, in both 3D format and detailed plan/elevation, and estimate costing for the upgrade of the customer room. MEDITE SMARTPLY UK recently refurbished its boardroom – examples of this are included within the document as a reference. As part of the successful candidate’s role, they will be responsible for the following. 1. Provide at least two design options in both plan / elevation (dimensioned) and 3D visualisation format, within the remit of a set of requirements. We want the designer to consider innovation, environmental and sustainable aspects into the design proposals. 2. Based on the agreed design, provide a detail bill of quantities for the construction / upgrade of the room, this must include electrical, mechanical and any IT/Communications alterations as this work will be tendered on the National Public etenders website. 3. We expect the designer / architect to supervise the construction works to ensure the design works is adhere to the tender scope and communicate updates to MS regularly.
