Tender description
Provision of temporary accommodation and associated management services to enable the council to fulfil its statutory housing duties. Lot 1: Worthing Borough Council is entering into a 5 year contract with an option to extend it to a further 5 years for the provision of a temporary accommodation, including accommodation management services for homeless households that are owed a housing duty by the local authority under Sections 188 and 193 of the Housing Act 1996 or any other relevant housing legislation.
