Collection of information regarding Children in Care to Medway Council • School place • School Ofsted Judgement • Attendance (by code) • Exclusions • Educational achievement (attainment and progress) Medway Virtual School seeks a contract with an external provider to: • Provide daily collection of attendance data including reporting and analysis for Medway Virtual School, on behalf of Medway Council and Medway Corporate Parenting Board at educational establishments • Undertake 3 times year data capture of educational achievement (teacher assessment of progress and attainment) • Collecting EYFS, phonics (Y1 and Y2 as applicable), KS1 SATs, Y4 multiplication tables check, KS2 SATs, Y11 GCSE/other (including EBacc) and options for Y12 and Y13 with permission This will support the Local Authority in meeting its statutory in relation to promoting the educational achievements of Children in Care to Medway Council. The current contract ends on 31st March 2022.
