<p>This soft market test exercise is to seek your views on the supply and delivery of alternative solutions to traditional wireless &amp; copper cable-based systems for both temporary and permanent signals.</p> <p>Furthermore, the Council wishes to understand the capacity of the market to supply this type of commodity, and the level of interest in any eventual procurement activity.
