Tender description

The NWUPC Paper; Bulk, Sustainable and Specialist, is a framework agreement led by NWUPC and is open to Members of the following consortia to use APUC, CPC, HEPCW, LUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC and SUPC. The current agreement is due to expire on the 31st December 2021. Work is in progress on this retender for this agreement. During engagement with the market we have received informal feedback of the current market situations that the Paper Industry are facing. The following survey has therefore been created in order to gain a formal view of the market conditions from Suppliers in order to extend the framework to tender at a more appropriate time.
