Measurement Support

Tender description

NHS England are looking to contract with an organisation to provide a measurement support function as part of the National Patient Safety Improvement Programmes measurement strategy delivered by the AHSN Network's Patient Safety Collaboratives (PSCs)). Support, to-date, has focussed on the assurance aspect of the programmes. This has enabled the supplier to set up appropriate data processing arrangements across the Academic Health Science Networks to capture and measure the delivery of the programmes. The supplier will require to have existing relationships and data channels set up to provide measurement support to the NatPatSIPs and the Patient safety Collaboratives. Therefore they will require existing data sharing agreements in place as detailed above with the required parties; royal colleges, provider organisations, PSC and NHSE to be able to deliver the ask They will require, the required knowledge and analytical skills in place to respond to the time critical delivery required of the ask.
