Contracts Finder Award Notice The purpose of the Local Plan Viability Study ('study') is to provide a professional and independent update to the Council's Local Plan viability, delivery and implementation evidence. This study is considered essential to support the Council in establishing a sound, comprehensive, up-to-date and robust evidence base to inform the Local Plan in relation to establishing the viability of policies, sites and feed into infrastructure planning, the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) review and best use of Planning Obligations, in line with National Planning Policy Framework and Guidance. The study will provide an overview of viability evidence in support of strategic growth and regeneration priorities.
