Knowsley Council Heat Decarbonisation Plan

Tender description

The Council is seeking to procure a partner to develop a Heat Decarbonisation Plan covering nineteen of Knowsley's buildings. The purpose of the Plan is to describe how the Council intends to replace fossil fuel reliant systems with low carbon alternatives across a significant proportion of the Council's estate.\r \r The buildings account for approximately 35% of the Council's annual carbon emissions and many of them are used daily by members of the public.\r \r The heat decarbonisation plan is required in two parts:\r \r I. A series of individual technical reports / surveys for each building included within this specification. \r II. A detailed report summarising the findings of Part I. ('The Plan')
