HDD-ITT-48829 Provision of Drone Building Survey

Tender description

Hywel Dda University Health board has a tender requirement of proposed provision of drone building surveys. The property team within Hywel Dda University Health Board (HDD) wishes to invite a selection of suitable and competent building surveyors to quote for the undertaking of detailed drone surveys across its estate. As a result of the drone surveys, HDD expect to gain a greater understanding of the risks, and possible defects to the roof coverings throughout our estate. From the findings we can develop prioritized action plans that support the justification for ongoing projects ranging from minor refurbishment works to major capital schemes. The information gained from the surveys will be aligned with the wider Programme of developing comprehensive backlog data that support the Transformation of Clinical Services (TCS). Proposed works, work to include: 1.Aerial photographs of our sites demise, all photos to be in 4k definition. The full list of sites listed below. 2.Comprehensive surveys to determine potential issue, risk, and possible defects in relation to roof coverings. 3.Photos to be sent electronically in a jpeg format. 4.Roof surveys to be written in a report format and sent electronically. 5.The company to provide evidence of all appropriate specialised drone licenses and building surveying qualifications. 6.Company to provide evidence of all necessary company insurances documents.
