GB-Telford: PROS Needs Assessment and Developer Contributions Strategy

Tender description

The Open Space Needs Assessment and Developer Contributions Strategy will provide an evidence base to ensure that the provision of outdoor children's play, outdoor recreation and open space meets the needs of residents (both existing and future) and visitors to the Telford & Wrekin Council area. It will also support those organisations, including the Council, involved in the provision of outdoor play, recreational facilities and open space provision in the Borough. The Strategy will provide robust and objective justification for securing developer contributions towards children's play, recreational and open space provision. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
