Tender description

We are looking for a blended solution that consists of bite-size learning tools. The learning tools have to be short, sharp and impactful and accessible through laptops, smartphones or tablets. The learning should have the facility to be taken off-line. We are looking primarily for ebooks and audio books, but we would also expect video content. To be effective the content has to be research and evidence based. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
