Framework B 2020 Agreement - for Engineering Consultancy Led Design Team Services for the Provision of Road Projects

Tender description

Cork County Council (CCC) is procuring to establish a Framework of Companies to provide Engineering Consultancy (Road Design) led services to assist CCC Engineers with the planning, design & construction services required to upgrade existing roads and deliver new road schemes (on both the urban and rural road network). The Framework Agreement that may result from this competition will be for a term of 2 years. The Contracting Authority (CA) reserves the right, at its discretion, to extend the Term for a period, or periods, of up to 24 months on the same terms and conditions. The Term will not exceed 4 years in aggregate. Tenderers should note that there are 2 Lots (Refer to the FID Section 2). If a Company is interested in becoming a Member of one of the Lots, they will need to submit 1 (Lot 1 or Lot 2) eTender submission for assessment. If a company is interested in becoming a Member of Lot 1 and Lot 2 then the company will need to submit two separate submissions via eTenders for assessment.
