Delivery of the Windrush Programme

Health Education England are putting out this notice as a PIN (Prior Information Notice) with a view to completing a Direct Award to The Florence Nightingale Foundation. The case for direct award can be found on the tender portal. Heath Education England [HEE] believe that The Florence Nightingale Foundation (FNF) is the only organisation capable of providing support such as to meet specific requirements of the HEE. Specifically:  The FNF have developed and are currently delivering the Windrush Programme  Recruitment to the programme has been undertaking and was significantly over subscribed providing a pool of BAME nurses and midwives ready to take up the programme  Nature of the funding, which is only available until March 31st, will require access to this pool of applicants and the already developed programme to enable delivery HEE believes that it is highly unlikely for any other supplier to be able to provide the following skills/tools provided by The Florence Nightingale Foundation as a current supplier for the following reasons: 1. The ability to deliver within the required timeline will need an already developed and evaluated programme 2. If any provider has concerns with the commissioning intentions outlined within the published documentation, please raise this via the eTendering Portal in the first instance within 30 days of the date of this Prior Information Notice. The closing date of this PIN is midday on 23rd of December 2021
