CPH054 Derbyshire Time Swap Service

Tender description

Derbyshire County Council is publishing a PIN setting out it's intention to seek a provider or Consortium to deliver and coordinate a Time Swap scheme across Derbyshire, ensuring all localities/areas have an equitable and consistent Time Swap scheme (excluding Derby City & Chesterfield Locality). The contract start date is 01 November 2022 for 3 years, with a 3 month Mobilisation period – 01 August 2022 to 31 October 2022. It is anticipated that the scheme may be delivered beyond this time subject to satisfactory evaluation and funding. The Provider will be required to relaunch an existing Time Swap scheme, and during the course of the contract to improve and develop the scheme using co-production principles.
