CONTRACT FOR THE OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE GATESHEAD QUAYS MULTI STOREY CAR PARK

<p>Gateshead Council have reviewed their requirements and are ready to begin again with a procurement process to appoint an experienced Car Park operating company to provide operation and management services. The contract relates to the c. 1,000 space multi-storey car park (currently under construction) that will serve the prestigious Gateshead Quays development, including the 12,500 seat arena and international conference/exhibition centre, and the surrounding land uses. It is anticipated that the Quays Multi Storey Car Park will operate from early 2023. The contract will also include management of the existing Sage Gateshead car park (250 spaces).</p> <p>A virtual Market Engagement Event was held on Thursday 28^th October 2021 and this Soft Market Testing Questionnaire is a follow up to that Event.</p> <p>Contractors are encouraged to complete and return this Questionnaire to the Council to help shape the procurement process moving forward.</p> Keywords: CAR PARK MANAGEMENT, Multi Storey Car Park, operation and management
