COMPETITIVE LAND, DESIGN AND BUILD CONTRACT WITHIN NIHE AREA WEST BELFAST

Tender description

The Contract(s) is (are) for the provision of land, design and build contract in West Belfast. Tenderers must provide the land, design, construct and ensure completion of the scheme(s) for the Contracting Authority in accordance with the Department for Communities (DfC) Housing Association Guide, and, more generally, the Employer’s Requirements and statutory body requirements. At PQQ Stage, Tenderers provided information on their proposed Site(s) for the delivery of a Contract(s). This information included the location of their proposed Site(s), the Site(s) size and proposed number of units, confirmation of ownership of the Site(s), confirmation of the position in relation to planning permission and confirmation that the Site(s) was not registered with any other housing association. As part of their Quality Submissions, Tenderers will now be required to present their proposal for the development of the proposed Site(s).
