<p>This RFI is to enable LCC to use Supplier provided intelligence, expertise and financial information for budgeting purposes to inform submission to central government to obtain funding for the clean air plan. The Request for Information is issued subject to the PCR 2015 regulation 40 paragraph 1-3. The RFI covers a number of potential future tenders and as such suppliers are encouraged to look through the documentation and respond to their specific area of interest.
