Tender description

The Client requires foul sewer and associated works that consist of the provision for new sewer, pumping station, rising main, access road and ducting for Northern Power, ducting for BT, incoming services for electricity and telecom, temporary footpaths and tree planting. This consists of the following, but not limited to, - A new Section 104 foul sewer to serve the future development of the Council owned land adjacent to Neil Fox Way - Pumping station and rising main - Access road to serve the pumping station - Pumping station compound - Lay ducting for the proposed undergrounding of the Northern Powergrid overhead powerlines - Temporary road and footpath closures including diversions and works to existing - Incoming services for electricity and telecom to serve pump station - Ducting for BT serving pump station
