Tender description

A 3000mm x 1500mm format CNC controlled Fiber Laser with 4000w IPG Laser power source and fiber cutting head. The cutting head should have integrated collision detection, autofocus, nozzle centering function, piercing jet and cut control. The laser should also be supplied with a shuttle table, cutting bridge, cooling unit, tank heater, hand held control and uninterruptible electricity supply. The laser should have a machine control and user interface (equipped with: 21.5-inch touch screen, solid state disk (SSD), USB interface, Windows 10 operating system.) the user interface should incorporate a cutting plan editor, restart manager, parameter wizard and OPC interface. The laser should be equipped with a CNC rotary axis that enables tubes with a diameter of between 30 and 315 millimeters and a variety of lengths up to 2700mm/3700mm to be processed. A rotary axis box should be included in order to process longer tubes up to a length of 3 meters. A seat of CAM software should be included to facilitate the nesting of parts for cutting flat or by rotary. The laser should have network capability and be supplied with an observer camera to facilitate remote monitoring of the system.
