25.84.0093 - Multi Element Improvement Works at Moyle and Kilwarlin Maisonettes (Belfast Region) The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a Contract with the successful Economic Operator(s) for The Northern Ireland Housing Executive to carry out physical and Environmental improvement works to 32 Dwellings across Four, Four storey blocks of 8 maisonettes, across Moyle Walk and Kilwarlin Walk, which will improve the living conditions of tenants, and meet the requirements of NIHE policies and strategies . For full details Economic Operators must review all the Contract Documents, including but not limited to the Contract Data document and Appendices 01-10. Notwithstanding the date of the Contract(s), it is intended that the commencement date of Works by the Contractor(s) will be Spring/Summer 2022; however this is subject to change in the Contracting Authority’s absolute discretion
