Tender description

The University requires the services of a suitably qualified and accredited provider of fire risk assessments (“FRA”) to undertake FRA’s on the buildings across its estate. The purpose of the FRA is to identify the fire hazards, identify people at risk, evaluate, remove or reduce the risks, record the findings, prepare an emergency plan which is able to be reviewed and updated regularly. Tenderers should note the pass/fail criteria as shown in the Qualification Envelope.
