01930 Implementation of SharePoint Online and Associated Support

Tender description

The Supplier shall provide the SPS with expert technical advice and support to achieve the desired objectives. The scope of the Services includes, but is not limited to: 1) develop SharePoint Online as the corporate electronic document and records management system; and 2) develop the SPS corporate SharePoint/intranet to store and communicate information to all staff The SPS requires a Supplier with SharePoint expertise to provide advice and support to the SPS Project Team to develop SharePoint Online as a corporate document and records management system and develop a corporate intranet. SPS procured and awarded this project via the Scottish Government Digital Technology Services Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) - Lot 1. An Invitation to Tender (ITT) was published by SPS via the Public Contracts Scotland - Tender (PCS-T) portal and was made available to all suppliers on the DPS. Tender responses were then evaluated by the SPS in accordance with the ITT Guide to Scoring.
